Jose was the tech that came to my home and found very quickly that I had not pulled the lever to lock/unlock my garage door effectively, thus I thought that it had a bigger problem than existed. The problem was operator error….mine!. Jose was very kind and insisted that it happens commonly. He did lubricate my track and other parts of the door and showed me where to do that and how often. Thank you Jose. I appreciate your kindness. But, I won’t be offended that at dinner tonight you share that story with others about the ignoramus you met today and get a few giggles. I’m fine with that. Thank you Aladdin for hiring such a nice gentleman.
